3rd body may be connected to Brooklyn serial killer suspect

Kwauhuru Govan was arrested for murder just minutes before he was scheduled to be released from a Florida prison on unrelated charges. Now, the NYPD tells Crime Watch Daily that there could possibly be a connection to a third body and Govan. Crime Watch Daily is working with PIX11 and Mary Murphy on this ongoing story.
