W.Va. woman arrested for allegedly stabbing teen in the back with large knife

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (TCD) -- A 35-year-old woman is in custody after allegedly stabbing a teen boy in the back.
On Nov. 7 at noon, Clarksburg Police Department officers received a call about a stabbing on Clay Street and found the victim on a neighboring street with a wound to his right shoulder. He was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers identified Amber Zenisek as the suspected stabber and issued a warrant for her arrest on a charge of malicious assault.
Jail records show she was arrested Nov. 13 and is being held at the North Central Regional Jail on $20,000 bond.
According to the criminal complaint cited by WBOY-TV, responding officers found the 17-year-old at a Hardee’s near Clay Street and determined he had been "stabbed in the back." The victim reportedly told police Zenisek attacked him "with a large knife after he turned around to walk away."
WDTV-TV reports the stabbing allegedly occurred inside an apartment.
