MARLBOROUGH, Conn. (TCD) -- A 20-year-old man and 16-year-old juvenile male were arrested earlier this week for allegedly kidnapping a 64-year-old woman from a Big Y parking lot on Sept. 11, 2021.
According to a press release from the Connecticut State Police, a five-month investigation was launched after the incident occurred.
