Man accused of luring teen for sex on vacation at Disneyland

PHOENIX -- (KNXV) -- A Valley man accused of trying to lure a minor for sex and ordered to stay away from kids is apparently vacationing this weekend at Disneyland.
ABC15 is investigating to find out who is supposed to be enforcing the judge's orders and the court's promise to keep an eye on Michael Kaszubowski.
Kaszubowski was arrested by Phoenix police in January. He faces a laundry list of charges with allegations that he sent naked pictures of himself to an undercover officer posing as a 14-year-old girl.
