South L.A. man reaches out for public's help in finding his brother's killer; $50,000 reward offered

LOS ANGELES -- (KTLA) -- A man in South Los Angeles reached out for the public's help in finally solving the killing of his brother on Thursday.
The killing happened about two years ago, he said, and there's a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the killer.
