QUEENS, N.Y. -- (WPIX) -- Three NYPD officers may face disciplinary action after staging a traffic stop to help a man propose to his girlfriend in Far Rockaway.
A video uploaded to social media shows three officers from the 101st precinct pull over a car.
While the cops question the young man, they demand that the young woman pop open the trunk.
