St. Louis father caused neurological injury to 6-week-old son by shaking him, prosecutors allege

FLORISSANT, Mo. (KTVI) -- A father has been charged with felony child abuse of his 6-week-old child by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Prosecutors say Dominic Garner, 29, of Florissant shook his son a week ago. The infant suffered a serious neurological injury.
Police say that Garner confessed to shaking his son. He was held on $200,000 cash-only bond.
