Investigation ongoing after deadly weekend shooting of doctor

BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. -- (WLOS) -- Buncombe County authorities are investigating the shooting death of a man in Arden over the weekend.

Deputies arrived at the home on Tree Top Drive on July 16 just after 3:30 a.m.

There they found Dr. Frank Buddy McCutcheon, 64, dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
