CHICAGO -- (WGN) -- Embattled singer R. Kelly was arrested Thursday for federal sex crime charges.
The 52-year-old R&B singer was arrested in Chicago by the New York Police Department and Homeland Security investigators.
No further information was provided.
Kelly has been the subject of different sex abuse allegations dating back to 1998.
