Texas woman shot dead in argument over man, suspect arrested

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KABB) -- Police arrested a woman suspected in a murder on the Southwest Side. Priscilla Caballero, 35, was arrested for the murder of another woman early Tuesday morning.

Police arrived around 1:30 a.m. at a home on Seashell Place and Five Palms Drive and found a woman with a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The San Antonio News-Express reports the victim, who was in her 20s, had gone to the location with the man to confront Caballero, police said.

Police said Caballero lived at the house. Police said Caballero and the victim were both romantically involved with a man that lived at the Seashell Place house, according to the News-Express.

KSAT-TV reports Caballero fled the scene in a gray BMW vehicle but was later located by officers, investigators said. Police said two men were also in the house at the time of the altercation.
