San Antonio woman D’Lanny Chairez, 20, was arrested this week for child abandonment. Her 18-month-old son James Chairez has still not been found. Police said a search of Chairez’s trailer found a bedsheet from a crib with human blood on it.
Police confirmed skeletal remains found in December were positively identified as Tyesha Bell, an Illinois mother of two who disappeared in May 2003. The case has been updated from missing persons to a homicide investigation.
Bianca Stanch “had an extreme dislike for Samiah and treated her poorly.” The girl, whose wrists and ankles were duct-taped to prevent her from getting water to drink, had been beaten and had boiling water poured on her. She was found buried in the desert.
Kolby Parker told deputies he and his grandfather had been smoking marijuana together when a fight began. Parker asked a deputy “Do you want to know where he is?” Parker took two human ears out of each of his pants pockets. “This is where he is.”
The 20-year-old Florida driver reportedly admitted she was shopping on Amazon when she was driving and struck the off-duty sheriff on his bicycle. Deputies found her in her family’s driveway, where she claimed she had hit a mailbox.
