SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) -- Police in San Jose are seeking help from the public to identify the woman caught on camera coughing on a 1-year-old in a Yogurtland earlier this month.

According to the San Jose Police Department, the assault suspect was wearing a mask while waiting in line around 5:25 p.m. on June 12 at a Yogurtland store when she became upset that a woman with a baby in a stroller was not maintaining social distancing. Investigators say when the suspect became upset, she removed her mask and coughed two to three times on the baby’s face.
