Ohio man arrested for murder of dead man found beaten, set on fire behind business

AKRON, Ohio (WJW) -- Akron police arrested a suspect in the murder of a man who was assaulted and set on fire.
Akron Police found Gregory Brewster, 59, around 7 p.m. Sunday behind a liquor store on the 2700 block of Manchester Rd., according to police. Police said he sustained a blunt force head injury was set on fire, Cleveland.com reports.
Officers arrested 57-year-old William Preston Thursday afternoon on the 600 block of Flora Avenue, about one mile north of where Brewster's body was found, according to a police report.
Preston appeared in Akron Municipal Court on a charge of murder. A judge set his bond at $1 million, court records show.
