Odell Beckham Jr. arrest warrant rescinded in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS (WREG) -- Daniel Davillier, an attorney for NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., said a warrant for his client has been recalled.
Beckham was facing arrest in New Orleans for a locker room incident after LSU's win in the College Football Playoff National Championship.
On Jan. 16, the New Orleans Police Department obtained an arrest warrant of misdemeanor simple battery for the Cleveland Browns player after he appeared to swat a security guard. The scene was recorded on video.
“The security officer involved does not wish to pursue charges in this matter. This legal matter has been resolved,” Davillier told CNN.
The misdemeanor simple battery warrant was rescinded, the New Orleans Police Department confirmed Saturday.
