SAN ANTONIO -- (KABB) -- The Texas Department of Public Safety released new video of a high-speed chase involving a woman and her baby. Aerial footage of the case released by Texas DPS last week shows an SUV speeding down Old Pearsall Road.

The chase reached speeds of 100 miles per hour and troopers tried to stop her using spike strips, but she kept going. She eventually crashed into a truck. Video of the chase shows the suspect jumping out of the SUV, grabbing a baby out of the back seat and trying to run. The video clip also appears to show the woman trying to carjack another driver. State troopers catch up to her and arrest her.

Investigators said the woman, identified by DPS as Caitlyn Rodriguez, was wanted on outstanding warrants. She now faces several charges.
