Three people were killed in less than two weeks. At a news conference on Thursday, Tampa Police Interim Police Chief Brian Dugan showed new video of a person leaving the scene at the time of the murder of Benjamin Mitchell. He also announced the reward is now $35,000, after an additional $10,000 was added to the fund by FDLE. Police said the victims were killed at random. Officers are working to calm fears in the community and get the killer off the streets.
