Police arrest 28-year-old San Antonio man accused of sexually assaulting 4-year-old girl

SAN ANTONIO -- (KABB) -- McAllen police have arrested a 28-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a four-year-old girl, according to a criminal complaint.
On Jan. 4, 2017, police took a report when a woman claimed 28-year-old Casey Allen Jones of San Antonio sexually assaulted a four-year-old girl and a seven-year-old girl, according to the criminal complaint.
During an interview with Child Protective Services on Jan. 5, 2017, the four-year-old girl told investigators Casey Jones, 28, of San Antonio "touches me in the private part where I pee," according to the criminal complaint against him.
When investigators "ran a check on Casey Jones [they] found him to have been arrested in Bexar County for an active warrant (Sexual Assault of a child) which occurred in San Antonio," according to the criminal complaint.
Jones is charged with indecency with child with sexual contact, a second-degree felony.
A judge set bond at $450,000.
