PHOENIX -- (KNXV) -- Phoenix police have identified the body of a woman who was found at a Phoenix recycling plant on Wednesday as 24-year-old Christy Leann Davey.
Officer James Holmes said plant employees were sorting recycling materials when they discovered the woman's body on the conveyor belt.
Those employees contacted managers who then contacted police.
Police do not know what happened to the woman, but believe she did not die at the facility; they believe her body was brought in from somewhere else.
"Christy was absolutely beautiful. She was completely full of life and so loving," her cousin Shawna Koivu tells ABC15.
