TEMPE, Ariz. -- (KNXV) -- A Tempe man is offering a $500 reward if you can help police identify the woman who stole several packages off his front patio.
Rob Biggs was expecting several deliveries Monday so he knew to keep an eye on the security camera set up in front of his home.
