BERKELEY, Calif. -- (KRON) -- After five attempted child kidnappings, an East Bay police department is trying something new to catch a predator.

All those attempted abductions happened near Willard Middle School in Berkeley. And now, police are taking drastic action, but not everyone is happy about it.
