Woman dragged as purse snatcher drives away

SAN DIEGO -- (KSWB) -- A woman was left bloody and bruised after chasing down a purse snatcher at the dentist's office in Clairemont Tuesday.
Pamela Taylor was checking out of her appointment at New Smile Dental when a man stepped into the office and grabbed her purse.
"I was chatting with the dentist at the desk and all of a sudden [the dentist] screamed 'he's got your purse!'" Taylor said.
