UPDATE July 7 2016:

A jury found Ian Eulian guilty of assaulting and beating Rebecca Stafford. Eulian appealed the verdict. A three-justice panel from California’s 2nd District Court of Appeal rejected the defense’s contention that there were errors in the retrial, and upheld the conviction.

Ian Eulian was found guilty of brutally attacking his neighbor Rebecca Stafford in a shocking crime captured on surveillance cameras. Eulian is seen on video punching Stafford and whipping her to the ground.

In May, a jury found Eulian guilty of assaulting and beating Stafford. Ian Eulian has appealed the verdict. He lost that appeal.
