Bombshell affidavit released in EMU student murder case

YPSILANTI, Mich. -- (WXYZ) -- Through the Freedom of Information Act, the 7 Investigators obtained a bombshell affidavit.
In it, Ypsilanti Police homicide investigators detail how they came to the conclusion that Jim Turnquist is the sole person of interest in the murder of EMU student Julia Niswender.
Turnquist is Niswender's stepfather.
